Gather Workshop
Tea ritual, Visualisation, Intuitive Drawing

All held in a gentle, nurturing and beautiful space - where we will find stillness and tune into our inner wisdom

Gather Workshop

Join Lydia for this mindfulness workshop, beginning with a grounding and calming tea ritual, followed by a gentle visualisation to guide us from our busy minds into a place of stillness.

From there you will do some intuitive drawing (no skills required at all!) which is a great opportunity to let our deep inner wisdom speak to us.

Sunday 11th May 11:30am-1pm

Limited Spaces Available

‘Gather’ is a beautiful space for coming back to yourself

To reconnect with your muse, your spark, your centre
To gain clarity
To find and inner peace
To cultivate your intuition
To notice and bring healing to patterns no longer serving you
To find stillness within

This session will have the theme of ‘blossoming’ - through the aesthetic I create, small gifts to aid your journey, oracle cards if you choose to- and the tea, visualisation and drawing - we will tune deeply into this things that light us up - and find the wisdom we carry within to support us in our flourishing.

The space will be comfy and gentle - you will be free to follow you own flow - dipping in and out if you desire. You can take it as deep or as light as feels good for you.

About Lydia
Lydia is a mother, a lover of nature, an artist, a teacher - and a person who is exploring all that it means to be human on this planet!

Through decades of self-exploration from life's rich tapestry of experience - she is thoroughly devoted to helping others to find that which is already within them - that brings them joy - which may just have been clouded a little by life's challenges.

She believes in the power of inner stillness, of connection with nature and each other - to bring about inner peace, and so a deep harmony in this world.

Through exploring many different modalities, communities and ways of being, Lydia has developed practices which, for her, help to tap into the heart of it all - and so, bring freedom and an inner contentment.

She is devoted to sharing these gifts with others - the aesthetics beautifully crafted,  and sessions delivered with her gentle yet potent approach - always with a tea ritual to begin!

She works in the circle format - with a completely non judgemental, intuitive and person centred style - and considers it an immense privilege to support and guide people in this way - also delivering 1 to 1 work along similar lines.

Lydia also writes poetry - and can be commissioned for bespoke poetic gifts.

Her art work and other offerings can be found on Instagram: lydia.virgin
