  • Do I need to bring a partner?
    No, this workshop is designed for both individuals and couples. You’ll find value whether you’re exploring your own relational health or looking to strengthen an existing partnership.

  • Is this workshop suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! Whether you’re new to relationship work or already on your wellness journey, this session is designed to meet you where you are.

  • What kind of exercises will we do?
    You’ll engage in journaling, guided discussions, exercises for communication and simple but effective emotional regulation practices, and a closing relaxation session to integrate your insights.

  • Will there be personal sharing?
    You’ll have opportunities to reflect privately and share with the group or a partner if you feel comfortable, but sharing is always optional.

  • How will this help my overall well-being?
    Strong relationships reduce stress, improve emotional resilience, and enhance physical and mental health. You’ll leave with tools and insights to nurture not just your relationships, but your entire sense of well-being.

  • Do I have to be in a relationship to attend?
    No, you do not have to be in a relationship. This workshop welcomes absolutely anyone with a desire to relate better as a way connecting more authentically with their loved ones (family and friends included), as well as to reconnect to themselves as a way of preparing for a relationship while single.
