Kundalini Yoga and Meditation uses breath work, mantras, meditation and movement to clear out the subconscious mind of anything non-serving. When we master the mind, we can begin to hear and connect to our Super-Conscious, our intuition and throughout this class you will be invited to move differently, hold postures, consistently focus on breath and let go of the mental chat. I always recommend trying kundalini Yoga at least three times. It can feel, frustrating and unsettling but also powerful and energising. If you’re not sure about mantras and meditations and already concerning yourself whether this class is for you, I would say that’s exactly why I would recommend you joining!
