Gong Sound Bath

Gong Baths for Relaxation, Meditation, and Stress Reduction. Referred to as a ‘bath’ due to participants being immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. Gongs are a sacred and powerful instrument with the power to provide a deep sense of relaxation and a sense of peace and tranquillity within the mind and body.  During a gong bath participants lie down in a comfortable position with the use of blankets and pillows and then passively soak up the benefits of the sound.  A prompt start so please allow plenty of time as no late arrivals will be allowed in once we begin due to the nature of this workshop.
