No experience is required, super stiff people always welcome I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
You’ll learn how to use passive stretches to really transform your body, and you can use this class as a supplement to any exercise, yoga or strength training regime.
We’ll begin with a lecture focusing on the 3 key principals for flexibility training. I’ll then guide you through a 60 minute session to help stretch out tight muscles, focusing on the hips, shoulders, hamstrings and lower back. Then there will be time at the end for a Q&A session. You’ll also leave with a free ‘Daily Stretches Pose Chat’ to follow and practise along at home.
