Gong Sound Bath

Gong Baths for Relaxation, Meditation, and Stress Reduction. Referred to as a ‘bath’ due to participants being immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. Gongs are a sacred and powerful instrument with the power to provide a deep sense of relaxation and a sense of peace and tranquillity within the mind and body. During a gong bath participants lie down in a comfortable position with the use of blankets, blosters and eye masks and then passively soak up the benefits of the sound. Props are provided but you may wish to bring your own too. A prompt start so please allow plenty of time as no late arrivals will be allowed in once we begin due to the nature of this workshop.

As much as I would love to make this event open to everyone, as a Gong Practitioner, I follow certain guidelines to ensure your safety and comfort. Therefore, I am unable to provide a gong bath to: - anyone who is pregnant - anyone with a pacemaker - anyone with severe epilepsy - anyone with severe osteoporosis - anyone who has had any recent hip/joint operations - anyone who has had a broken bone within the last 6 weeks
